This is the fourth time we have used Devin - twice for ourselves and twice for my mother. We continue to be impressed with how well he knows the area and is able to find homes that no one else seems to know about. The best part of using Devin is after you decide on a home. He negotiates on your behalf and gets things thrown in or gets sellers to cover certain things. We will definitely use Devin next time also!

Devin is amazing! Extremely prompt at answering emails! Even when he was on a family vacation he still answered our questions through the process of us selling our home. In todays market he helped us get under contract within one week of us listing and closed within five weeks. This was in March 2023 with snow on the ground!I couldn’t recommend a better person to work with for anyone to use in Utah.

Devin helped my wife and I purchase our first home! He was extremely helpful throughout the process, going above and beyond what was expected. He showed us several homes, negotiated with the seller to fulfill our requests, helped us schedule our closing appointment with the title company, and provided us with helpful information about setting up utilities.
