Kylie Lance is awesome! We’ve bought 2 houses with her as a realtor and she has always went above and beyond to make the process so smooth and easy. She was always on time to appointments and always returned calls if she didn’t answer in a timely manner. I’ll never work with any other realtor just her!

Kylie and her team sold 2 homes for us, and helped us purchase our new home just last Summer! I remember reaching out with questions all the time, feeling like a nuisance, and she was very accommodating and would take the time to explain things in great detail and give further clarity when it was needed. I would never use anyone but Kylie, she has so much experience, I recommend her to everyone .

Absolutely amazing experience using Kylie for my first home purchase. She showed me many homes till we found ours. She knew the area, schools, answered every question and had great people to continue the process of buying. She still answers questions I have and checks in on birthdays etc. Highly recommend her to all whether first time buyer or building!!

There is no one more dedicated to assisting her clients in reaching their goals! She is professional with a personal touch. She never speaks on something she doesn’t have the answer to, she says...let me get back to you on that. Then she gets as much info as she can & reports back to you, usually very quickly! There doesn’t seem to be any tasks to large or small. She simply provides her clients with what they need. She makes it look smooth & seemless, but I know she always works hard & makes that conscious effort daily to go the extra 300 miles for her clients. There isn’t anyone better!
