Deb is the absolute best. She went out of her way to be helpful. We had deal with the situation of selling a home from out of state. She bent over backwards to make sure things were done correctly and then a timely manner. I would recommend her to anybody.

Helped me buy home • 2019
We are so happy with our experience with Debbie. After meeting her in 2017 but deciding not to buy at the time due to our finances, we told her we were going to call her when we are ready to buy. She had been so good to us at that first meeting, giving us all the information we could need or want when we were debating on putting in an offer. This fall we gave her a call because we knew we were ready to start looking, and she was just as wonderful. She was patient with us first time homebuyers as we looked at different houses, gave us her honest assessment, and was kind with us even though we were often talking or meeting later in the evening due to my husband’s work schedule. Through the entire few months that we went through the process of putting in an offer to closing on the house, she answered all our questions and walked us through step-by-step so that we didn’t miss a thing. My husband told me repeatedly that he was so glad we were working with her; she made the journey as smooth as she possibly could for us and we are very grateful!This lady knows her stuff!

To be fair Debra is very knowledgeable but that’s where it stops! When it comes to customer service the worst! 1st she said I have people waiting to buy your house, not true. Had to call her if I wanted an update on showings on the property for 4 months. She convinced me to take a contingency offer which means we can’t close on our property until they sell their property. Fell out of escrow and back on the market again. In general in my opinion she is lazy. Bottom line selling real estate isn’t rocket science. I think you can do much better for your money. You have been warned...
