Dante was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable with the ins and outs during showings . We were specifically thankful when he was able to confirm the house was structurally sound due to the lack of an inspection. He was thorough, fun, reliable, flexible, and timely. He made the process of buying a house in this market less grueling ! I would recommend him 100% of the time.

I've purchased one property with Dante and it was an excellent experience. He has great resources for inspections, lenders, off-market investor deals, and lawyers.He was very quick to respond and went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent. He is very knowledgable of the Syracuse market and well respected in the area.He was good at giving advice but leaving the ultimate decision up to me. He has personal experience buying, owning, and selling rental properties, which made me feel more comfortable knowing that he has experience as an investor and knows the wants and needs of an investor. He also accommodated me as an out of state investor, doing video walk throughs and using digital documentation methods.I will 100% be using Dante again for the next deal.

Dante was very helpful with setting up searches for both MLS and off-market deals. I focused on a few and Dante provided immediate feedback on all and we decided to move forward with one. Dante remained super responsive by email, text and phone calls. Super happy to crossroads with him and I'm pretty sure we'll be doing more deals together.

Dante is absolutely amazing. He and his business partner work very well in tandem and they know a lot about the houses you wish to see. He was so flexible in scheduling showings for us even at the last minute. Dante was awesome in negotiating and getting an idea about what we needed to have our offer accepted.
