What I appreciated most about working with Dan was the trustworthy and respectful relationship we built during the 2 years it took to prepare my unique property, list it for sale and finally close the deal. The first time I met Dan he came to my home and did a thorough walk through. The second time, he came back with a stack of detailed analytics, comps and a fully formed game plan. I knew right then that my property was in the right hands. Dan walked me through suggested repairs, improvements and upgrades. He talked me off the edge of an emotional cliff on more than one occasion. His communication was excellent and he was patient and good natured when answering all my questions and providing clarifications. He spoke honestly about price points and other factors, but always made sure I knew that I had the final say in what direction we would go. He heard my concerns and hesitations and was able to clearly convey them to the buyer’s realtor. Dan worked very hard on my behalf and I am grateful and happy with the entire experience. As a first time home buyer, I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he was attentive and very responsive. He walked us through everything, showing us homes in a broad range to find out what we liked, and narrowed our choices down to things that we could afford and that had everything we wanted. Due to a lender issue, we hit a snag in the last minutes of trying to buy one home and had to back out. Not only did Dan take care of that for us, he was right there again to walk us through every step of purchasing the home we finally bought. You will not be sorry signing with Dan.
