THE BEST OF THE BEST. In my long life (I am 74), I've bought and sold many homes, so I've worked with many realtors, but none can surpass Amy! She understood the current market, priced my house right, helped me stage it, and walked me through the whole process, then sold my house in the first weekend for over the asking price. And to top it off, she is warm, funny, charming, and honest. No wonder she has hundreds of rave reviews!

Over the past 12 months, Amy was our agent for three sales and one purchase. Choosing to work with Amy was the best decision we could have made. Of our three sales, the longest one was six days before going pending. The fastest was four days. Amy is well connected for any work that needs done - painters, handyman, landscape, cleaners, stagers, etc. Through all stages of the sale we followed Amy’s suggestions and the results speak for themself. Two of the three sold for the listing price, the third was 3% over. Communication was never lacking. At every stage we knew what was happening and what to expect.
