Cody is Awesome! I was very specific about the type of property I was looking for and doing my best to remain hopeful that one of the many homes I wanted to view would be the "one". After two days of looking at many, many homes and having struck out at all of them, Cody said he had one more to show me that was put on the market the previous day. When we got to that house he handed me the info on it and told me"don't look at the price". That of course told me it was above my price range, but I played along, I already liked what I was seeing from just the front yard. After looking at the house and all the property it was well, perfect. Acreage, year round creek, barn, outbuildings, pond, and of all things a swim spa. Of course I loved it. It was just what I had been looking for. But darn it, out of my price range. The next day I drove to Washington to look at more homes. During that drive I just couldn't get that house off my mind. Didn't get much sleep that night either. The next morning, before even looking at any homes, I sent Cody a text saying I wanted to put in an offer on the house. Well, I'm happy to say I'm sitting here in my new kitchen in my perfect house. Cody was truly amazing. He is very intuitive, he really got a sense of exactly what I was looking for. He's very personable, easy going. He knows his job and all the local areas where I looked at homes. I highly recommend Cody, you couldn't do any better.

Cody was supportive of my transaction and provided great insight and assistance on a sale/purchase. I moved from out of the area and he coordinated with my realtor on the coast to ensure that I had the least amount of stress and work to complete. Cody was resourceful and linked me to great financial resources as well. He always answered and always showed up. My transaction was lengthy and he never gave up. I am now in the home I dreamed of, and it’s because he stood by me the entire way!

Cody explained the whole buying process to me. From start to finish. He explained to me what to expect from the market. At the time of buying my home he was able to get my offer pushed through even though there were higher offers than mine on price. Cody would reply to my text messages and answer my calls most of the time. For every question I had on financing, home inspection, negotiations, and about title company, he had answer. He was able to get me in contact with a contractor to get me started on using my credit from my home purchase. I was astonished on much knowledge and information Cody had to offer. His realty skills are good. My family and I are thankful Cody was the guy to help us get a home during this hot market.
