Clay Enger's ratings are false ratings. I suggest as ask any realtor in town about Clay Enger, everyone is aware that he will put forth no efforts to sell your home. Everyone in town is aware that he is lazy, argumentative, and does not make any efforts at all! Its bad enough that Lubbock is in a difficult selling market. I had to meet with Clay on a weekly basis to hold him accountable. He never responded to interested buyers phone calls or emails, either because they were individuals known as people from minority backgrounds or people of color. Guess what! It was a person of a minority background who saved their money and paid cash for my home, and a person Clay Enger would not respond to. When you are selling your home, you want it available to all Lubbock residents, especially if they have cash! I warn you, if you want success find a different realtor, unless you have time to meet with him on a weekly basis. That got old...quick!
