I’m absolutely 100% pleased with Chris and her team. I sold my childhood house, she made selling painless. I had a signed contract on day 7, Chris handled everything! The best part was the extra miles that she goes, I needed some muscle to move a few heavy items out, Manny’s was there. The house was cleaned, professional photographed and listed without a glitch. Chris Reeder helped us sell our home of 24 years and find our dream home. She was incredibly organized and she provided us with expert advice every step of the way. For the selling process she provided input on how to present our home and referred us to great contractors who handled a few projects that improved the home in appearance, and also prepared us for potential home inspections. As a result of her and her team’s expertise, we sold our home in two (!) days. We then transitioned into finding a new home. Even when we weren’t committed to a particular region or home style, she patiently traveled with us to look at houses in several different areas and understood our needs - perhaps better than we did. With her guidance, we found our dream home in less than a week. We would highly recommend Chris without any reservation. There is a reason she is one of the best realtors in the MD, PA, and WV region.

We discussed different strategies all the way to closing . She even followed up after closing regarding the refunds we were entitled to receive.
