Chris and her team made getting our home ready to sell a priority. She helped locate appropriate trades and schedule the repairs. During the purchasing process Chris Koppel played the role of the quarterback and the head coach. Different situations called for one or the other and we're glad she was on our side. She maintained a 30,000 foot level view of what was going on with the process but had no problem being on the field calling plays when needed. She is a true professional. We loved that she was always easy to reach, always up to date on where we were in the process and always was offering great advice . I wish we would have taken ALL of her advice. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You owe it to yourself to hire a professional that has been there and done that. She is our newest family friend.
She was on top of her game in spite of several issues. She kept us informed of the situation, helped with inspectors and the support personnel, and even too a reduction in her fee to finalize the deal.
