We were so glad to interview and then contract with Ryan to sell our house in MB. We waited until March of the year to place the house on the market but things didn't work out and we had a late start, but when Ryan came on board, things picked up and we had a full price offer within a few weeks.

Ryan did a great job on getting the house sold and his assistant Amy was wonderful to work with. We had our house on the market for a year with another company and we have had Ryan April and had multiple showings and 2 offers in that small amount of time. They are very helpful if you have questions and very patient with you and explain the paperwork. I would highly recommend Ryan Korros to use as your realitor.

Ryan has been our realtor for three different real estate transactions in Horry County. He is certainly one of the best out there. He's incredibly responsive. Very helpful. He knows the local market as well as anyone. He's willing to take chances and go the extra mile for his clients. On our last sale, we had several local realtors tell us they woudn't work with us because of our asking price. Ryan never hesitated to work with us and he got us exactly what we wanted.
