The Young Team was referred to us by close friends that had recently enjoyed a positive transaction experience with them. Since we lived out of state during the entire process of purchasing a home, they were especially sensitive and accommodating to our flurry of trips in and out of town to look at neighborhoods, communities, and individual properties. We made a total of four trips to Sun Lakes before we finalized an acceptable offer. They never rushed us or gave us the impression that we were "wearing out our welcome." We found them and their daughter Charlee to be consummate professionals in every aspect. They possess great "local knowledge", have savvy negotiation skills (they renegotiated an agreed upon sale price for our purchase, which was appraised for less than the agreed price, before we could even asked them to), and they offered multiple resources of secondary vendors. As an example, we had prequalified for a loan prior to coming to Sun Lakes the first time and making any offers. It was a very competitive rate. When it came time to close, they referred us to a lender that improved our position from our prequalified lender.If we ever sell our home here in Sun Lakes, we wouldn't consider having any one else represent our listing.

Terry and Susan Young were referred to me by a good friend who also lives in Sun Lakes. We started the process in November but the owners were unable to follow-through with the sale at the time due to the need to return to their summer home for personal reasons. Terry kept in touch with the seller over the next several months while showing us other properties that came available.
