Carol was referred to us by our lender during the pre-qualification period when purchasing our home. She was very knowledgeable and helped us not only secure our place as the new owners but saved us money in the process. Six years later we reached out to her again for the sale of the same home but as the seller rather than buyer. With many unforeseen hiccups in the process relating to our buyer and their inexperiencesd relator, Carol managed to navigate through it all and get our home to close in time. She handled the frustrating situation with ease and grace while we were all freaking out. :)In general her history in the field provides clients with knowledge and her many years of experience to pull from. Carol was very easy to get ahold of, constant communication through the sale, and also a joy to get to know as a person!
