I did a lot of research prior to choosing a realtor and I am so happy I did. Amy was the perfect realtor for us as first time home buyers. She took her time to explain each step of the process and to answer all the questions we had throughout. She was clear, consistent, communicative, and always professional. She helped us ensure we had all the steps in place so that it never felt overwhelming. I never felt that she was rushing us or pushing us towards a property. She allowed us to take our time so that we were confident in our purchase. She was honest and transparent through the process which was exactly what I wanted in a realtor. She listened to what we were looking for which was home we wound up finding our home! The Savoy team made everything go smoothly from start to finish. It is always a pleasure to work with Charlotte and The Savoy Team! This time it was as a buyer looking for a condo to serve as our second home in the Ellicott City area. It was a challenge living out of state and we had a few non-negotiable items, first floor and the acceptance of our black lab, but Charlotte made it rather seamless and stress free. She was always available to answer questions and provide feedback on locations and properties. Her knowledge and expertise are, without a doubt, the best in the area! Charlotte was a fantastic agent supporting us in our purchase of a new lake house at Deep Creek Lake. I called Charlotte as she was the listing agent on a house I was interested in. On that initial call she went above and beyond sharing critical information about local process and available services e.g., if your house doesn't have a dock slip there are several options available from concierge boat storage to rental slips. Charlotte and team are so great to work with and open to sharing their vast knowledge and Charlotte's a fantastic negotiator too!
