Veronica is fantastic. As a client who was relocating from another state, I could not be more pleased with Veronica's knowledge of the area, responsiveness, and her ability to read between the lines to understand which homes would make my husband and me happy. I wanted a home in an established neighborhood near shopping and restaurants, and my husband wanted a home with privacy that backs to the woods. She was able to find a home that checked all of the boxes. We could not be more thrilled with our new home. Veronica has also been fantastic post-sale and has referred us to a top-notch general contractor. If you are relocating to the area, I would encourage you to work with Veronica and her team. She is by far the best realtor that I have worked with. (Don't be shy about asking for restaurant recommendations either! )

Veronica and the entire Vsells team is phenomenal. I've made several purchases but this was my first time selling- I needed a little hand holding. Thanks to Betsy and Veronica; I never felt alone or uninformed throughout the entire process. Hans worked our open house. Hans showed up extra early to shovel my driveway and sidewalk, helped me with last minute cleaning and did a thorough walk through the entire property. Our open house was a huge success. Veronica told me exactly what to do to get my house sold for top dollar. I listened and we sold in a week for way over asking.

Veronica and her team found us the perfect house during this pandemic. Her team was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and always responded quickly through phone, text, or email. Veronica advised us to use one of her lending teams and they were also superb! We were under contract for our dream home in two days and we settled within 30 days. Veronica and her team know exactly what they are doing. We trusted in them to help us make good decisions. Veronica told me exactly what I needed to do to get my home as listing-ready as possible at the lowest possible cost. And it worked, because the home generated a ton of interest, and we had multiple offers in a matter of days. She carefully explained the pros and cons of each offer, and ultimately, I sold the home for more money than any other home in that community had ever sold for (and it's a large community with a lot of turnover). As with any transaction like this, there were hiccups along the way, but she helped me navigate them, took a hard line in negotiations when necessary and advised me when I should give a little. In the end, I netted far more than I was hoping for (even accounting for the minor improvements and staging she recommended), and her estimate of how much I would net before the process even started was right on the money. She is very responsive as well, at all hours and on weekends. Could not recommend her more highly.
