The sales presentation for the home was beautifully presented and inclusive. Her knowledge of what would help sell the home was extensive. Because I was long-distance, she stepped in to help without my ever asking. I would highly recommend her as the only agent I would want to work with.

We have worked with Carol for many years, starting with a market analysis on our home many years ago. Over the years, she stayed in touch and steadily earned our trust and friendship. When we decided to buy a rental property, she was quick to provide clarity on the current market conditions and what would be required to buy the property. After several years, we were ready to sell the same property. Again she knew how to efficiently engage an inspector, hire repair professionals, recommend next steps, and help us navigate the many facets involved in bringing a home to market. I cannot speak enough praise about Carol! My husband and I have just bought our 3rd home with her expert guidance. She is responsive, communicates proficiently, anticipates needs, TRULY cares for you and your family, and honestly has all the answers (meaning she will get that answer for you). It is easy to trust her with big financial decisions such as purchasing a home as she genuinely wants the absolute best for her clients.
