Brittany was able to find our family the perfect rental home within our 2 day trip to Texoma. She went above and beyond and made our transition from New Mexico to Sherman effortless. She also provided resources and answers to all of our many questions to get our household utilities (electric, water, trash, internet) set-up while still living out-of-state. We were so impressed with her expertise that we asked her to help us find our new home in Denison. She knows what her clients are looking for and she advocates in their best interest. She is responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Brittany to any family and friends!

I am an out of state seller that needed help with a property. The property had been vacant for several months before we had the opportunity to sell it. We had many obstacles arise where we needed a contractor there on site to repair something on the property (water line burst during the freeze, a rock was thrown through a window, and your normal after inspection repairs). Brittany had the contacts and the knowledge to make things happen and prevent delaying the close of escrow. The whole process was effortless and she made sure we were able to get top dollar for the property. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust!

I had never sold a house before. We spoke with Multiple agents before deciding on Brittany. When she showed up at our house for the initial consultation, she came armed with all the market data that allowed us to make informed choices about our listing price and what repairs needed to be done in order to sell. It was impressive and we knew she was the agent for us!Brittany was there for us every step of the way during the anxiety filled process of selling our house and moving. Her confidence and masterful knowledge of how the industry works eased our concerns and helped us travel through the maze of selling a property. In the end we got our full asking price.If you are shopping around for an agent, you would be doing yourself a great disfavor by not speaking with her. She will always be up front with you and she will have your best interests in mind. Oh yeah - she will definitely sell your home too.

I’ve know Brittany for many years but this was my first time working with her in real estate and let me just say, she blew us away with knowledge, her advice and her ability to literally make every single thing we wanted, happen. She fought with all she had to get us what we wanted and she did it all with class and grace. She is extremely professional, knows her job well and is the biggest blessing to those that she helps! I interviewed 2 other realtors before deciding on Brittany. She had the best personality of the 3 and wasn't pushy. She left the decisions up to me which made me feel in control the entire time. The first person to look at the house made an "at listing" offer and then we were off to the races. I had already moved out of state and her family kept the yard mowed and regularly checked on the house. She went above and beyond Despite! Despite COVID 19, the closing happened as planned with no hiccups! Definitely recommend!
