Brad sold my Dad’s house for us within 8 days. This was by far, the easiest real estate transaction we’ve ever had. Brad knows his stuff and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We saved thousands of dollars by going the U-List route. We would not hesitate in the least to use him again.

Signed my listing agreement with him on a Tuesday and accepted an offer on my home 6 days later. Brad is knowledgeable, easily accessible and great to work with.
