She handled everything amazingly! She is such a sweet, and kind hearted person. She knows so much about what she is doing and has such great experience. Melanie did a fantastic job assisting my brother and I in selling our parents house. With me living 3 hours away from our parents house and my brother being local it was a challenge and Melanie did a phenomenal job assisting us. She was able to locate repairmen/vendors to make suggested/needed repairs for the potential buyer. Melanie was highly recommended by a dear family friend and we were extremely pleased. Melanie went above and beyond in helping us sell "The White House", our parents affectionately called it; as it was their last name.

Melanie did a fantastic job in helping us to buy a house in a new city and in selling our old house. She was very professional and quickly responded to all aspects of the process. She made the entire process bearable. She was extremely kind, compassionate and understating. She quickly answered all of our questions. Melanie was referred to us by a friend, and we couldn't be happier. Melanie was super helpful from the first phone call to the signing the papers at the lawyers office. She looked out for other houses after we didn't choose the first one and found the perfect house, even in the same neighborhood. Her knowledge of Clinton and what home values are in the area was well above expectations. We were able to negotiate the price down but also keeping the sellers included items and fixing all issues in the house before we moved in. She was always available for questions when we had them. When we had questions or concerns to be relayed to the other realtor, she was quick to respond and received answers promptly as well. Our experience with Melanie was the best we could ask for, especially for first time home buyers. Knowing very little as first time home buyers, she was very helpful and explained everything we needed to do to purchase our first home. We highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a home or to sell their home in the area.

I could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor than we had with Melanie. Melanie sometimes spends, what should be, her personal time to make sure her clients are taken care of.
