Barb handled our real estate transaction smoothly and professionally from start to finish. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and had a good offer on the house by Sunday. She is very knowledgeable about real estate in the Champaign County area, and was able to guide us on a fair asking price.I represented my mother during this house sale, but I live on the East Coast, making it very hard to travel to Illinois due to the Covid restrictions. Barb and her team handled all repair needs and upgrades requested from the buyer during the settlement process, taking an incredible amount of stress out of my life.
