Arlene was an absolute star to work with, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! She recently helped us sell our home, and in doing so she made the entire process feel smooth, seamless and less stressful than anticipated. We considered several agents to help sell our home, and though they were all very qualified, Arlene’s experience and expertise shone through. Her nuanced knowledge of Rochester, and her approach toward optimizing our property to be ready to sell was very impressive. She gave very specific directions and was ready to roll up her sleeves and lend a hand throughout. No matter the day or time, Arlene was always available and highly responsive. We were apprehensive as to how the home would sell as it was over the winter months and just as the housing market took a dip. In spite of that we received immediate interest from multiple parties and accepted a great offer less than a week after putting the home up for sale. From a pricing perspective, Arlene did her due diligence to ensure that our home was priced competitively and fairly but in such a way that we did not feel like we were settling. In that regard she did a stellar job! As it happened, after accepting an offer we had to move out of state before closing. Arlene volunteered to check in on our home on multiple occasions during this period, which in short was amazing. As before we went into this process in hope of a stress-free ordeal, and with Arlene we got that and so much more. We would work with her without hesitation again and again and again. If you want someone that will strongly advocate for you while selling a home, you will too!

In the past several years, Arlene has handled 3 purchases and 3 sales in, what can only be described, as a very competitive market. Each time, whether buying or selling she has exceeded my expectations in negotiation, response time and making sure all the boxes were checked. Her market pricing was spot on and the ROI on investments was stellar! Her knowledge of the Rochester area is excellent. The best part is... she is more concerned with clients making the right purchase and investment than she is in making a sale. Arlene lets you draw your own conclusions to properties but yet is there to give her opinion when asked. I really like that! A big bonus is her genuine honesty and a great sense of humor...the world could use a few more Arlenes!

Arlene Schuman came to my attention when she was referred by my mortgage lender as being the best agent in Rochester. After working with her on the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home, I have to concur wholeheartedly. Having lived in my old home for almost 30 years, this move was exhilarating and frightening at the same time. Arlene made it all come together so seamlessly and with such care and attention to detail...it was a pleasure working with her. I would, and have recommended her to friends and family.

Arlene was amazing to have representing us in searching for and puchasing our new home. From the very beginning of the process she emphasized that she was representing us and nobody else. She proved this time and time again during our search for our home as well as the buying process. We felt completely comfortable reaching out to her at any time during the process with questions and she always responded right away with the information we needed. Our experience working with Arlene couldn't have gone smoother and her honest and open way of working with us was very reassuring during the entire process.

Real estate can get very complicated so it’s important to have someone that is knowledgeable, reliable, and has your best interest at heart. Arlene was knowledgeable about the local market & pulled comparable comps for our house when we were ready to sell. She gave us great advice on staging our home so we could get top dollar. We are so glad we took her advice. We got 6 offers, 5 were over asking price!!! She also helped us find land for our dream home. We have now been in our new home for 6 months and we couldn’t be happier.

Arlene is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is professional and honest which is very important in this field. She explains the whole process very clearly and thoroughly. She also provides a professional stager and a photographer, all covered by her. She is super patient and makes sure that her clients are happy and well treated. My husband and I will definitely recommend Arlene to our friends anytime.

Arlene is a wonderful person to work with. She helped my wife and I find and buy our house. We are picky and were shown at least 10+ houses and she didn't complain once. Also, she paid to have our house that we were selling, staged for pictures for our listing. I would have her find or sell a house again.
