She’s a liar! She contacted me when selling our house that was in a trust and said she would be in contact with us & would let us know what was happening sent a big long email when I asked about another property that was sold 10 years ago, also in the trust that we have never seen a dime on she said she would look into it and we never spoke to her again. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She made a lot of money off of us and lied about everything she said! I would not give her any stars but I had to. I’m sure this review will never be published either, but that’s ok word of mouth travels fast.
Apple was awesome to work with! She patiently set up NUMEROUS showings for us, giving up her evenings and weekends while we shopped for our new home. Her knowledge of the area was super helpful. We found a great new home and unfortunately circumstances on the seller’s end made it a challenging experience, but Apple was tenacious, putting in time and energy above and beyond to get things done! Highly recommend!!
Our experience with Apple as our realtor was nothing short of great! We had a variety of professional and personal issues happening all at once during the sale of our home. The good ole, escrow falling out on the last day issue; quickly our home was back on the market with more viewings than before. Apple and her team put all the resources, once again, into the sale of our home making it the priority any seller needs their home to be. We endured COVID 19 requirements; Apple and her team, without fail, complied, and made every viewing safe for the potential buyer and us, the seller. Apple and her team did all this continuously as we were battling the declining health and eventual death of my father. Times when we couldn’t be immediately available, Apple and her team managed the process for us and demonstrated such care and compassion at such a difficult time. Some days, I did not know how I would get through this process without Apple and her team. Notice, how I keep mentioning “team”. Apple has selected an extraordinary group of hard working and dedicated professionals that made this experience easier and fluid. Each individual always providing the same message and level of priority, we as sellers, wanted to feel and see during the sale of our home.
Outstanding agent! was amazing helping us through the selling and buying of our houses. highly recommend for buying or selling your house! She even assisted me when the first home loan application fell though and put me in touch with a better lender that went through!
Apple and her team made the process so easy and stress free. Which was important because I was 8 months pregnant. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and she was able to find the perfect home for our growing family. Even after the sale she still checks in on us. She truly cares for her clients and treats them just like family.
