Hands down. Best in the Central Valley. Helped us buy a beautiful home 8 years ago, and then sell that home this month. Couldn’t ask for a better agent who knows everything about this market. I doubt I’ll ever find another real estate agent I actually call a friend, but she has that kind of personality. If you’re buying or selling in Lemoore or Hanford and not using Ashley, you are missing out.

Ashley helped me buy my home in Coalinga in 2020, making my first home purchase as easy as it could be. This round, she helped me sell that house. What was supposed to be a simple sale turned into more of a mess, but Ashley was incredibly gracious and helpful throughout the entire process! She helped me negotiate, talked me down the ledge a couple of times, and approached the sale with professionalism.

We couldn’t have navigated the selling process without Ashley’s help, knowledge and expertise! We knew how great she was from several years prior when we moved to the area, so there was no question who we would choose when we decided to sell the home she helped us purchase. When we decided to sell our investment property, we chose Ashley Lovrencevic, and that was a great choice. We live out of the area so we had very little familiarity with the Visalia real estate market, but Ashley had a vision from the moment she stepped into our house, guiding us through the process and selling our home quickly. Ashley and her team communicated effectively with us throughout, answering any and all questions that we had. She had design ideas for our house that we had not envisioned, thinking of how to utilize spaces in creative and functional ways. Her marketing background and skills enabled her to write a fantastic listing that generated significant interest from day one. She recommended utilizing virtual online staging, which allows you to easily rearrange and change the look of rooms to convey the image you want to perspective buyers, which you cannot do with traditional staging. Ashley demonstrated that she had our best interests at heart, always thoughtful about how much out of pocket money we were spending to get the house ready to sell. There are many realtors out there to choose from, but Ashley is the best!

Ashley did an excellent job listing our house. She knew exactly what to do to make it presentable for pictures and showings, she came prepared, and sent out a professional photographer to take amazing photos of my home. We had showings scheduled within a few hours. and an offer within a few days.Although in the end we decided not to sell, she remained professional, helpful and friendly.I will certainly be keeping her in mind in the future when the time is right for us to move, and I will recommend her to anyone who asks.

My wife and I worked with Ashely to buy a home, and although it did not work out, we would highly recommend her to others in search of a home. Our home purchase didn’t go through due to issues with the builder, but Ashely kept our happiness in mind when working the deal. Ultimately she wanted us to be happy in our new home and we greatly appreciated her time, negotiating, and assistance throughout the process.

Ashley was everything I needed in a relator and more. She made everything as easy as possible for me, was quick to respond to any query, and was my ambassador when I needed things worded the right way and separated from my own feelings on the matter. All in all, I was able to sell my house on the first day of showings, for a great price. She worked with my extremely busy schedule and expectations, and honestly did everything she could for the best outcome for me and my family. No room for improvement, 10/10.

Ashley Lovrencevic sold my home in Hanford CA and did a WONDERFUL job! Here is why: during the listing appointment she came prepared with relevant comps, walked the property, gave us a 100% appropriate to-do list. She also shared various pricing strategist to help us get the most in a some-what challenging market. We opted for the 'list below market, generate multiple offers' strategy which obviously gives Ashley the most work, but also gave us the best chance as selling quickly. This strategy generated over 10 offers. We discuss all of them in detail and went with what was best for us, not in price, but terms. I had the opportunity to see Ashley in action during negotiations, and my goodness - She is GOOD!!! We sold the home $20,000 over asking. The whole process was extremely smooth. Her team has great intercommunication skills and it shows! She carried us all the way to closing and we couldn't be happier with her professionalism and expertise. Some agents are meant for this job, others try, struggle and eventually fail. Ashley's abilities and skills are so innate, she should serious build a course on "How to be a good real estate agent: 101". She was phenomenal.
