When we first started our selling/buying journey we were nervous and scared to start the process. After some serious deliberation we decided to go for it and called Braithan Stoltenberg. To this day, it will have been one of the best decisions we ever made because 1. He always put our family’s needs first 2. He walked us through each step from selling our old house, to buying our new home 3. He never sugar coated anything, he told us what to expect both good and bad and even with a very difficult buyer for our home he NEVER wavered in his promise that he would SELL our home 4. He treated us as though we were his only client, to the point that we now consider him family. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, ethical, and tenacious realtor Braithan Stoltenberg is THE MAN! My family and I will always be forever grateful to him and his entire team for helping us sell our old house to be able to purchase our DREAM HOUSE!

Going into the housing market I knew I wanted Braithan to be my realtor. Braithan always has your best interest in mind. He is a hard worker and a go-getter. He went over the whole home buying process in detail and was very thorough in explaining everything every step of the way. He was always there and available to help with and questions or concerns. I definitely recommend Braithan because who you work with matters.

I wouldn't have chosen any other realtor to help me purchase my first home at the age of 25. This being the biggest purchase I'd probably ever make I was willing to put my trust in Braithan. He was extremely helpful, honest and works at a really fast pace which I love. He always made me feel that my priorities were the most important and not just getting another sale. Even after the purchase he always made himself available for questions or concerns that I had. Amazing realtor, awesome work ethic and great friend. 100% recommend!

You should contact this Pro! My wife and I had a great experience working with Braithan since the first time we met a year ago. Braithan offered a genuine heart to help us find our forever home. I am not saying this just because we closed on the house or because it is a post. Braithan provided facts, details, and knowledge. Furthermore, he actually cared about us as a family from knowing our life story summed up in 5 minutes to understanding our needs and painting a realistic perspective. He made what we had fought for to obtain over four years in one weekend. Braithan was intentional and meant business but also understood the full heart commitment one as a buyer goes through. Braithan provided recommendations that was geared towards selecting a home, location, location, and most importantly location. Braithan did not sugar coat anything and was honest with his perspectives. I do not know why you are still reading this, you should contact him, like now. Braithan was awesome. Not only is he responsive he is on top of everything. He squeezed in a second showing for us on a late evening which turned out to be the house we bought! He explained the process to us not only in our consultation but also when we decided to put in an offer. I sent an email out to him and my broker at 12:30 AM on a Friday with concerns and he called me that Saturday morning before 8AM! He truly cares about his clients and wants the process to be as smooth as possible. Like he always says “Who you work with matters!”
