Annie has assisted me in the purchase of two homes and the sale of a house as well. She is incredible. Annie is always available to answer my questions and she always makes herself available for showings. No one is as knowledgeable as Annie when it comes to mortgages and the available loans. She has set me up with the most reasonable lenders for both of my loans. She also showed my house every single day until we found the best buyer. I would never use anyone else!

I just closed and completed the purchase of my first home today, and it's all thanks to Annie! From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. Not only did she act quickly when I contacted her about viewing a property, but she was very informative and low-pressure, which let's face it, is what we all want when considering such a serious purchase. She was honest and was not afraid to give her opinion of the properties which was appreciated. She was always a call or text away and never left me hanging at all throughout the entire process. In fact, she was always checking in just to see how things were with me when there was no action needed on her part. I never felt misguided and always felt like her advice was great, whether it was regarding placing an offer or moving on to the next showing and not settling on something she could tell I wasn't all for. She was able to refer me to a wonderful group of other professionals who made the loan and closing processes a breeze. Annie helped me find my first home four years ago and I recently decided to sell. This was a theee family house in New Britain. My experience with Annie listing my house for sale has been awesome and I would recommend her to sell your house too. She did market research ahead of time to make a recommendation for sales price. I received multiple offers for the house within the first week and sold it above the asking price. Annie was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Annie also helped me find my new house and she helped me negotiate with a stubborn seller. If you are looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend Annie.

Annie was the best agent I could ever ask for when purchasing a new home. The two months I spent with her closing on my first ever home purchase was a total breeze. Annie moves fast and communicates well. She does whatever she can to be accessible to her clients. Whether it was evenings or weekends, she always made time to address questions and concerns I had. Although buying a home can be stressful, I always felt like I was informed and making the right decisions because Annie was advising me every step of the way. She truly cares about doing right for her customers. I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with because I knew she had my best interest at heart. I decided to try and sell my home using Zillow. I clicked on the contact me button and instantly received multiple emails back. I started to regret that I asked for help. I spoke with 6 agents. Annie was the first person to actually call me. The others wanted me to schedule with them or sent me emails and such. I had to make a judgement call on which agent I wanted to sign with. I am out of state. All I had to go on was each agent's demeanor on the phone and willingness to accommodate a busy schedule. Annie was the most pleasant person so I decided to sign with her. Everything that had to happen in the process was taken care of by Annie. She went above and beyond to help me. It took 8 months to get through the Short Sale process. If I didn't have someone on my team as pleasant and hard working as Annie, the other side would have likely pulled out months ago. You really can't go wrong with Annie.
