She sold our house in 12 days at full asking price! We closed the deal and will begin thinking about our next move. Soraida did more than just help me buy a home. She gave me the support and courage to believe that homeownership was even a possibility for me. I had been looking for an apartment to rent for months and Soraida gave me the confidence to speak to a lender about the option to purchase. She put me in contact with a lender she knew and recommended, and the process began. Soraida was there for me every step of the way to offer encouragement and advice when looking at homes in an extremely tough market. She was always available for me, always ready to see a house at the last minute, and always made sure to be just a call or a text away; even making late night drives to towns far from her own, and submitting late night offers, well after she should have been enjoying time with her family. She explained every step of the process to me, and went above and beyond in even assisting me throughout the home inspection process. She was always advocating for me to the listing agent and made sure I got the best deal possible in my purchase. Without her knowledge and support, I would not have been able to purchase a home. She was the life jacket when I felt I was drowning and overwhelmed. Purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions you can make, and there is no one else I would have rather put my trust in to. Soraida Valentin-Trotman is truly phenomenal. From selling our first “starter home” the first day it was on the market for full ask. To negotiating a short sale purchase of our second home. She bent over backward for us every step of the way. Just when we thought we had secured our dream home and would never have to move again, my elderly mother moved in with us. We desperately needed more room. Soraida helped us clear over $200k profit in the sale of our second home. Then, the hunt ensued for our dream home. We toured dozens of houses across five towns and Soraida never tired. Ultimately, she helped us initiate the process to build the house of our dreams. We truly feel blessed to have had her expertise at the head of so many crucial transitions and transactions in our lives. If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond within minutes. Outside of her colleagues, she has family members working with her including her brother and sister who are all involved in helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome at the end of the day. Her brother can assist with property cleaning, junk removal, and handy man jobs while her sister can refresh any space with an immaculate paint job.
