Katie was so helpful in our housing search and purchase. It was our first time buying a home and Katie made the entire process incredibly easy and understandable. I recently sold a condo and bought a townhouse with Katie. She was always friendly, easy to get in contact with and was very accommodating to each of my needs. Buying a home is typically stressful but Katie did her best to make sure the process as seamless as possible. I bought my first house back in December and Katie made what I thought would be a stressful and crazy experience into a piece of cake. Whenever I had a question or concern Katie was just an email or phone call away. I ended up using everyone Katie recommended from the mortgage broker, insurance company, attorney and home inspector and had nothing but great experiences. We were also able to close very quickly. You can't go wrong with Katie and her team!
