Marissa provided an excellent experience selling our house from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were selling in, and the ins and outs of the sales process. We relied on her expertise in setting the price. She sold the house in four days and for over our asking price. Any time we needed help we could contact her and she would respond quickly. We would recommend her to anyone selling property in CT!

We met Marissa at an open house and we immediately knew we would love to work with her and be in great hands as we were working through relocating and buying our first home. She met all of our expectations. Marissa is extremely down-to-earth, resourceful and knowledgable about the neighborhood we were searching as well as very informative during our home inspection. We felt that she had our back and was on top of every situation that came about during our long search for our forever home. Now our goal is to try to get the rest of our friends and family to relocate as well and we would absolutely recommend her 100%, Marissa is phenomenal!

We just sold our home in Shelton with Marissa + PG. She made what could have been a stressful and challenging process as seamless as it could be. Her responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction but also made us feel comfortable and secure. We had some difficult moments during the sale that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calmly as she did.
