We worked with Angelo for almost a year before we found our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive and we were often able to see houses very quickly. He learned our “wishlist” and preferences very well and was often able to predict our opinion(s) of a house before we’d even looked. He took steps to target sellers in our most highly sought after neighborhoods and we were able to close in our top choice location!When it came time to sell our previous home, Angelo did a walk through and gave us a to-do list to work on. We followed his instructions and were able to list our home for more than we originally thought and sold it quickly for even more than that! Great experience all around.
