I will recommend this Realty company to anyone because Abby Williams and Polly Pearson are great realtors. They have excellent communication and are very good at helping you find the property that is right for you. I had been trying to get a realtor or other real estate help in Missoula Montana and I couldn't get a call back. I was ready to buy a house right then and there and for some reason, no one would talk to me. I had money, and excellent credit, was very clear on what I wanted, and yet... nothing. Then I went to Great Falls and talked to Abby Williams and her partner Polly Pearson and we were all set with excellent caring people who wanted to help us find the right quality home. We knew what we wanted and when the right house came onto the market a month or so later Polly and Abby were right there with me and we put in an offer so so fast. They were both awesome!! It was a perfect experience and I love my home. If anyone I know needs another one I tell them that Abby and Polly are the best!!
They were excellent to work with. Exceptionally knowledgeable, easy to contact, explained the whole process very well, and amazing people! Even through the Covid regulations, they were able to get everything needed to be done, done quickly.
Polly took all the energy and time needed showing us houses. ( And she showed us many) Between her and Abby they found us not only the perfect house but the perfect home. Next up Abby she walked us through all the paperwork and didn't get frustrated with me, being computer illiterate. She was with me every step of the way. Altogether you couldn't ask for a better team. They never pressured us at all just wanted us to be happy with our purchase.
Polly and Abby are amazing realtors! When we started looking at buying a house we were given a list of great realtors from Neighbor Works. One Sunday my husband and I stumbled on our dream house that happened to have an open house that same day at 1:00 pm. I called Polly at 7:05 am and she returned my call within 20 minutes. We agreed to meet at 12:45 pm to look at the house. We fell in love with the house and wanted to make an offer for it. Polly called Abby and Abby had the paperwork for our offer to the seller's realtor before 4:00 pm that day. These ladies are the best realtors you could ask for. They are friendly, fast, and easy to work with. If you want to buy or sell a house without stress these are the realtors for you!

Polly & Abby were amazing to work with! We had already moved to another state when our house went on the market & we were a little apprehensive since it was our first home sale and we weren’t there. But they were in constant contact with us throughout the process and kept us informed of everything that was happening. Our house had multiple offers on it the first day on the market! Both Polly and Abby were incredibly professional and helpful with all of their work, even though the process took a bit longer than expected they helped make it as stress-free as possible.
