We seriously could not have asked for a better realtor. Buying our first home was a huge deal for us, and Ambyr made the entire process feel so much less stressful. She answered every single question we had (there were a lot ), was always honest with us, and never once made us feel pressured to settle for a house that wasn't right.I've known Ambyr for years, and I can honestly say the person helping you buy your home is the exact same person she is in everyday life. She genuinely cares about people, and it shows. She took us to so many houses without ever making us feel like we were being picky because she wanted to make sure we found *our* house.What I appreciated most was knowing she was always in our corner. She isn't afraid to ask the hard questions, push back when something doesn't seem right, or fight for her clients. If someone tries to railroad you, she's absolutely not going to let it happen.If you're looking for someone who's honest, knowledgeable, and truly has your best interests at heart, I can't recommend Ambyr enough. Ambyr is seriously the most amazing realtor - she explored every avenue she could to find our dream home, including door knocking. Beyond that, she's kind, thoughtful and highly honorable. She actually talked us out of buying a house that wasn't in our best interest. We highly recommend Ambyr!!

Ambyr did an amazing job helping us sell our home in Great Falls. We had an unusual family situation come up that caused us to move out of the state quickly. Ambyr was able to stage, photograph, take care of the yard, and sell our home all while we were out of state. We also had no idea what we were doing, as we had never sold a house before, so we relied on Ambyr a lot for guidance. We’re so very grateful for her. Even from a distance, Ambyr was great about keeping us updated and responding quickly to us. We were able to make enough of a profit on our home to pay off our student loans!! We highly recommend Ambyr for any real estate needs you have!

We can’t say it enough, Ambyr is a rockstar, and 5 stars isn’t high enough. From helping us land our dream home, to selling our old home, she took care of our every need. While our home was under contract, she fought for us tooth and nail to secure the offer even when the deal almost fell through due to reasons beyond our control.
