Respectful and courteous. During the initial call about a house they were able to make sure I was able to see it within a four hour timeframe. they had asked all the right questions and had answered all the questions I had as well.

The agent was very helpful she helped me with the process of buying land buying a home guiding me with lenders and agents to make this process easier I won't be getting hold of this agent again if I need help in the future this skirmish

Camron was my agent. She was very supportive and understanding with the selling of my home. She gave positive feedback in preparing my home for sale. She made my process very easy. Was prompt in answering all questions. She advised me on how it would be best to price my home. In following her advise my home sold in two days. She is the best and will use her when I’m ready to purchase my new home. I recommend anyone and everyone to use Camron House as your realtor.

Shana was excellent! Our home had been on the market for 9 months prior with another company. We had offers but nothing would go under contract. We listed with Shana mid July and our home was under contract in 28days! It makes a difference working with a team versus working with a private agent. Shana and her team went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of, she even helped out the buyer with a number of things. We hit quite a few hiccups at closing, but it all worked out. They have a great team and their expertise is top notch!

Chase Countryman did and amazing job at helping us find a home we wanted and kept us informed on the house buying process once we found the perfect home..!! Also Chase drove ack and forth across town multiple times to show us one house then the next..!!

Working with Camron was an amazing experience! We were working to buy a house while living out-of-state. The task seemed daunting and we were overwhelmed, but she made it so easy for us! She really went above and beyond, using her weekends to show us houses and neighborhoods via Skype. She was kind, sincere and genuine about really making sure we got the house we loved. We had some unforeseen complications to navigate during closing, but she remained patient and reassured that it was going to work out. It truly felt like working with a friend. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Camron to anyway looking for a house! Thank you SO much for getting us into our dream home.

It was our first time buying a house, and everything about the process terrified me. There seemed to be all sorts of little details I didn't know if we were ready for, but the home of our dreams got on the market and we took the dive! And I'm so glad we took the dive with Venturi Realty group, especiallly Daniel Ortiz!Daniel was there for us every step of the way, from finding the house in the first place to a successful purchase. He gave us sound and unbiased advice at every corner, and helped us pick the inspections and details we'd need to make sure our home was exactly what we were looking for. He always had the answers about the local area and neighborhoods, and never tried to oversell or undersell for any property. When we picked what we liked and prepared an offer, Daniel was pivotal in making sure our out-of-state communication with the seller was flawless. In fact, despite a two hour time difference and the distance, we didn't at any point feel worried about things getting done!We have a beautiful home and we are extremely happy with the service and attention provided to us by Venturi and Daniel. I'd suggest them to anyone!

Lisa helped my wife and I sell our house in early 2019. She was helpful in all aspects of the process and always willing to do whatever was needed I order to facilitate the sale.The house was put under contract and sold all while I was living out of state. There were some minor issues (with the property) that arose during the sale but Lisa solved all of them easily and with great aplomb, including an issue that was not able to be resolved until after the closing. Lisa and her team are knowledgable professionals who made the sale of our first house incredibly easy and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Bernalillo County area.
