Troy sold my house a couple of years ago. I had the best experience with him I could have ever asked for. He was always able to answer my questions quickly and help me understand all the steps as we went along. What I remember the most about him was how kind he was,from the very first meeting up to the closing, that meant a lot to me. I hope one day I am in the position to buy another house and there will be no question as to what agent I would choose.

Troy has the great combination of professional skills, knowledge of this area, willingness to go beyond expectations, and complete trustworthiness. He helped me deal with the complicated purchase of a condo that was headed to foreclosure. When I was ready to sell my home of 40+ years, his advice about pricing and presentation was spot on. The sign went up on a Friday. I had a contract the next Monday.
