I wish I could give 6 stars on responsiveness. I was randomly connected with Jason through Zillow and I WILL BE highly recommending him to others. As a first time home-buyer, I asked him at leas 47 dumb questions and he took time answering them sincerely and with a high degree of expertise. The house shopping process was slow until I connected with him, then it absolutely took off and we found a home that was perfect for me. He gave me a lot of confidence and I felt like he was on my side working on what I wanted at every step. Thanks Jason!

I would recommend Jason without hesitation to anybody. He has great knowledge of the industry and what to look for in a home. He made great recommendations, and allowed us to come to our own conclusions when necessary. Jason listened carefully about our needs for a new home in the Nashville area and guided us through a process that helped us find that home. He was patient and able to adapt to our changing needs. He always seemed eager to “keep going” even when various listings didn’t work for us. During the final negotiations, he continued to press the sellers for us to fix the few problems with the home. They finally accepted due to Jason’s perseverance.

Jason and his team are the best in Nashville. I have lived in Nashville since 1972. I have bought and sold many homes during that time and this has been by far my best experience with any realtor. Jason is so upbeat and positive he never gets ruffled and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate. So whether you are doing a home purchase or sale or a land deal he knows about it.
