George Weeks Realty did an outstanding job helping me purchase my first investment property in Nashville. Finding a financial institution that worked with investors using a self directed IRA was a task, but they never gave up. When it is time to sell my first flip in Nashville I will be using George Weeks Realty.

Jessica was the realtor that I worked with and she was awesome! She knew how to best get my house on the market, how to negotiate, and had connections to get it ready for sale. I’d lived there for almost 30 years and it was seriously dated. She knew what needed to be done to get the best return on investment and what wasn’t needed. She was very responsive when I had a question. I can’t recommend her and Team Weeks highly enough.

It was a tough market, but Scotty was very patient and drove with us to Tim Buck Too and back to show homes to us. We had a couple offers that fell through, but finally got one. He checked the market and found 2 other houses that were set to close in about 2 weeks for more than ours with less square feet so he strategically decided to postpone our appraisal until after they closed. Nailed it!!! Very happy we went with Team George Weeks and had Scotty as our agent!
