Christina Roberto was phenomenal to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, Mansfield, OH, and was so patient and kind. Responded to me promptly (and frankly at hours I didn’t think she would!!) and answered every insane question I had as a first time home buyer. I thought this was going to be the scariest thing I’ve ever done, but she always made me feel like I was smart and capable and helped me feel proud of my journey!

Working with Tracy Jones Team, especially Amanda Garcia, was a dream. I can't think if a better agent to work with during such a major investment in one's life. The minute I met Amanda she immediately made feel at ease. There never once was a moment I felt pressured in any way in my decision. She has a very gentle way of helping you come to your own conclusions with her guidance. If there are moments where urgency is needed, Amanda calmly and with confidence will explain the situation and assist you in moving through the situation. She was always available and if she couldn't be because she had a short family trip, she made sure I had a team member to reach in her absence.

Tracy and team were absolutely fantastic! This was earlier than expected on the "plan" to buy and sort of happened fast from the get go. We knew the minute we saw the second home we looked at, that it was what we were looking for. Tracy and team immediately went to work, guiding us through every step, helped us through the stressful moments, and her negotiating is top notch to get you the best deal to make sure you got into the home you want. Her team provides excellent service, customer care, communication and quick to respond with questions, concerns and explanations of the what, why and how of the home buying process. We cannot recommend Ryan highly enough! He helped my husband and I find the home of our dreams, and the entire process felt easy and stress-free thanks to him. When we decided to toy around with looking at houses we didn't have a realtor to work with. Through Zillow we were assigned Matt Smollen. From the beginning Matt was incredibly easy to work with. Very quickly he gained our trust and understood what we were looking for. To say that Matt went above and beyond during the entire buying process is an under statement. Matt showed up, was always available with a quick text or call, continued to keep us updated at every turn and even with an issue after the move in, I was able to reach out to him and he responded immediately. Every person who was on our team through the Tracy Jones team was incredibly helpful, kind, efficient and proficient. I hope to not move for quite a few years but I would and will refer friends and family to Matt, Kelsey and the Tracy Jones Team.

Galen and I have been working with Matt Smollen from the beginning of our house searching process and we couldn’t have had a better experience, he was so nice and caring about each house we looked at.
