Gabrielle did an awesome job working with my husband and I, as well as the sellers and their realtor.Her knowledge of the process, the evaluation and pricing of not just the home we bought but of our home because we were selling too helped ease our minds. She was knowledgeable, empathetic when things got a little crazy, and professional throughout the whole process of selling and buying. Whenever we had any questions she answered all of them in a timely fashion if not immediately. This is the second time we have worked with Gabrielle and we would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a professional realtor who truly cares. She went above and beyond by scheduling repairs required by FHA to ensure our closing happened in a timely manner as per home had already sold and we needed to be out in a timely manner.

Tracy, Michael, and the rest of the team did an excellent job of marketing and selling our house in record time. After just 4 days and one open house, we had 3 offers and sold for $20K above asking! Highly recommend and would definitely use The Tracy Jones Team again if we decide to buy or sell property in the future.

Christina Roberto was phenomenal to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, Mansfield, OH, and was so patient and kind. Responded to me promptly (and frankly at hours I didn’t think she would!!) and answered every insane question I had as a first time home buyer. I thought this was going to be the scariest thing I’ve ever done, but she always made me feel like I was smart and capable and helped me feel proud of my journey!

Working with Tracy Jones Team, especially Amanda Garcia, was a dream. I can't think if a better agent to work with during such a major investment in one's life. The minute I met Amanda she immediately made feel at ease. There never once was a moment I felt pressured in any way in my decision. She has a very gentle way of helping you come to your own conclusions with her guidance. If there are moments where urgency is needed, Amanda calmly and with confidence will explain the situation and assist you in moving through the situation. She was always available and if she couldn't be because she had a short family trip, she made sure I had a team member to reach in her absence.

Tracy and team were absolutely fantastic! This was earlier than expected on the "plan" to buy and sort of happened fast from the get go.
