Had a wonderful experience! This was our first new construction and from the initial contract to closing every single member of his team we dealt with was amazing. Cowboy and Josh were available around the clock and even sent video updates of the construction progress. I was expecting the whole process to be stressful but it was not the case with these guys. They would reach out to me instead of vice versa. I knew they had it handled and they didn’t leave me with much to ponder. This is my fourth home, and I have to say the process doesn’t get any easier than Good Time Tommy!

I worked with cowboy aka Steven Mclanahan. I didn’t even have to go to the house to look I was updated weekly with photos of how the house was coming along. I would be talking to him at 8pm and he acted like that was normal. They always welcome you to come a talk with the team at their office. I have been to the office for guidance in my own life. This team is local, very knowledgeable when it comes to the going ons of the area Which is important. These people really practice what they preach and will help you in whatever you need. Yes they help you with your real estate needs but will push you to do and be better, that’s a friend right there.
