Tim cared about me like family. He worked like a beast to make sure all my needs were met. He is a great guy! He was quick and skilled at everything he did. He had my back. He is a true professional and caring person. I met him years ago when I bought a house and he was the selling agent. He was so good at what he did I said when I sold my house I would hire Tim. I did and my house sold within 24hours at more than list price!

Tim and his team were fabulous to work with. I was relocating from 400+ miles away. We toured many houses prioritized by our wish list & target location, successfully negotiated and were able to close in 30 days. He also helped my partner sell his house and that had multiple offers & was under contract within 2 days, and closed in under 30 days.

Tim is AWESOME!! We initially sat down with him about 6 months before we started the new home search. He had all of our wants/needs & set us up to receive emails daily on homes that met our requirements, even though it was not a popular time to buy a home. It was around the holidays that we really started looking for a home and when we found one, he made sure we were in the house to see it in less than 24 hours so it wouldn't be sold to someone else. We saw the house on a Tuesday, made an offer and had it accepted by Thursday all thanks to Tim's hard work and dedication to make sure our offer was accepted. He communicated on our behalf w/ the selling agent so we could get all of our questions answered from the current homeowners. He kept us on track w/ all deadlines, sent reminders about the numerous documents to sign, and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) any time day or night. He even gave us a little guidance with selling our home without it going on the market. This is the 3rd house I purchased and the experience w/ Tim & his team was nothing short of AMAZING. Everything was smooth from the time we signed the initial papers to the time we walked away from closing w/ keys in hand. We could not have asked for a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend Tim to anyone.

My wife and I had a extremely pleasant experience working with Tim when we purchased our (first and current) home. He was very easily accessible via phone and e-mail. He also was good at showing us homes that fit what we were looking for. (It's my understanding that not all agents listen to what you want and show you homes that they feel like.) I also loved the fact that he was there for the home inspection, asking questions and checking things that I never would have thought of.<br/><br/>Tim was there every step of the way, helping to guide us through a process that was entirely new to us. I really can't say enough positive things about him.<br/><br/>I plan to use Tim again in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
