Tiffany was amazing throughout the process of selling our home. She has a ton of expertise, knows the area, and is on top of the market. The pictures of our home were fantastic and drew buyers in quickly. Tiffany is on top of things and guides you through the entire process seamlessly. She is always ready to answer questions about the process, no matter how silly they may seem. Thanks to her knowledge of the area and expertise in crafting the perfect listing, we were under contract in 8 days and sold for over our asking price. Tiffany was amazing - I would not have sold my home without her. She answered a million questions about how to prepare and price the house, including great advice about which repairs to prioritize and what to skip. We got an offer the first day we went on the market! Unfortunately the buyers agent was negligent but because of Tiffany's dedication and persistence, we were able to close in time to complete the purchase of my next home (out of state). Tiffany is also a real person who remembers that "real estate transactions" are about people and their livelihoods. I cannot thank her enough. If you want honest, reliable, and smart, hire Tiffany!

Tiffany Jarvis was a God-send. Her expertise in bringing buyers when I was FSBO highlighted my need for an expert realtor. Seeing her abilities with prospective buyers caused me to ask her to represent me. I was exhausted when I asked, and Tiffany stepped in, changed the asking, took photos, and made the entire process easy. She got additional money for me in the sale, and, once she was involved, my house sold and I was able to focus on finding one to purchase in the new city for relocation. Tiffany Jarvis made our buying process to be so easy. We had limited knowledge on the buying process here in Kentucky but she was so patient and guided us from step to step.
