Unusual case for a property sale, but Bob thought outside the box and was able to close the deal quickly!!!! He was able to take the lot with foundation and make connections with builders to sell the property in less then 30 days of the initial listing.

Tara Hayes (Friend from Church) recommended Bob Sophiea. He did a great job for me - very nice- it was hard to make the decision to sell my house. Bob made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. His assistant, Anna Langdon, was also very nice. She kept me informed and was very nice. Bob Revised some of his procedures and in things I asked for, which means he is continually improving his process.

Robert Sophiea was our agent in selling our home in Lexington. Knowing it would be a difficult house to sell, Bob was always very optimistic and went above and beyond in trying to get things done, negotiating, etc. I would highly recommend him if you need an agent.

We called Robert on a house, and he came and showed us two different ones, we decided not to buy but then bought land. Bob was great to work with and called us and checked in on us through and after the sale.

Bob was available at all hours for showings and was easy to get a hold of on the phone. While our experience with Bob was during a period of transition from one company to another, he was able to maintain great service. I would highly recommend him for future expertise.

I couldn't recommend him higher! As a first time buyer, he held my hand through every step of the process, was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and unbelievably responsive. He always responded to emails, texts, and calls immediately, and best of all, he was honest every step of the way. Excellent!

Robert helped my wife and i purchase a forclosed home in nicholasville. We had many obsticals to over come in a short period of time and rob went out of his way to not only speed up the process but to ensure our deal would close on time. I would deffinatly recomend him and would also use him again the next time i decide to purchase a home!

I gave Bob six things i wanted in a house, he found one with them all. Had bidding on the house, Bob worked to get the house with the right bid. There are some problems with the house, and even after the purchase, Bob is still working hard to help resolve them. Bob is a hard working, hustler, that will get you what you want.

Robert was more than a real estate agent. He helped get a flood exemption through FEMA, helped me move furniture so I could close on time (also called upon his friends to help), held my wife and my hand when we got discouraged. always was positive. Robert made the selling experience bearable. I enthusiastically recommend Robert Sophiea.
