I have bought and sold more properties than I can remember. Most properties that I have sold, I sold myself because I don't have much faith in Realtors. That all changed when I dealt with Tiffany at Team Hilbert. Tiffany is the real deal I would use her and only her in the future with any real estate dealing in New york and I would suggest you do the same.

We utilized the internet tools available to search out the optimal realtor for the sale of our Rochester City home. We contacted the top three realtors for an interview at the house. Tiffany Hilbert was far and away the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable of those who came to meet us. Tiffany was the clear choice of all three family members conducting the realtor interviews. She explored the options that we had as sellers and enabled us to make some really good decisions. Tiffany provided her expertise in preparing the home for sale. She has an excellent understanding of the neighborhood and the market. Team Hilbert's photographer provided buyers with an alluring view of the home. Tiffany provided the tools to notify us of each viewing and kept us informed of the status of the buyer feedback.The sale was swift and painless. We vote Tiffany for the best realtor in Rochester!

I worked with Laura, and I can’t recommend her enough because she’s amazing!! After looking at several homes with her, she helped me secure my first dream home in this tough market! Laura is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and such a professional. She was very transparent throughout the entire homebuying process from when my offer was first accepted until we closed on the house. She was so responsive to my calls/texts when I had questions, and always kept me updated with the next step in the process. Laura is so nice and caring which makes the sometimes-stressful process of buying your first home that much easier. Keller Williams/Team Tiffany Hilbert - Review:We made the decision to sell our house and wanted it sold quickly. We had discussedselling with Agent Tiffany Hilbert a year earlier, but tabled the sale at that time because we were not yet ready. Once the “sell” decision was made, Tiffany immediately helped organize all elements of the sale; timeline, work to ready the house for sale, listing strategy, MLS, open house, etc. and brought awesome data that exactly pinpointed the right price to maximize the price and yet sell quickly. We immediately started getting home visits and got an offer from a pre-approved buyer in 8 days. We closed in 7 weeks. Simple closing process.Her entire team was fantastic. Bruce Rowe answered the call and did a huge amount of work in 4 days to help us ready the house for sale. Her photographer absolutely captured the best aspects of the house for the MLS listing. The open house team members were positive and helped show the house at its best. Tiffany was an absolute PROFESSIONAL in all aspects. She worked 100% collaboratively on all issues, immediately returned all calls/emails, and helped us make the right decisions, at the right time, from the best data. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a house, our first house! We didn’t even know where to begin to look or how. I knew Rebecca from high school and she was the first person we thought of. She is very knowledgeable and realistic. She was able to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner and was very sensitive to our situation. She was amazing in scheduling and working with our schedule for showings and ect. Rebecca made us feel very comfortable in the entire process as well as able to make the process very seamless for us with continuous updates. I truly could not recommend anyone other than Rebecca or her team to assist you with one of the biggest purchases in your life.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Trust worthy. I needed a realtor who knew the market and how to get my condo sold quickly through an ever changing market. She came to the intial meeting very well prepared and gave great advice which I followed. She took some of the stress out of the selling process as her confidence eased my doubts of a quick sale. If you want a realtor that knows the market and is prepared Tiffany Hilbert is the realtor to use. She's also very honest, truthful and trustworthy and won't sugar coat things to make a sale. I highly recommend her and her team!
