At every turn, the Vories team was there explaining what to do, the options, and how to proceed, which made us feel very comfortable. We were on again-off again new home looking for several years. Jennifer was always there for us (patiently) and checking in. One day she called, when we were in an off period and said I think I found your home. It matched everything we ever dreamed. She and her team helped us buy the new forever home and sell the existing home (of 25 years). In addition to a smooth, professional process, Jennifer knows so many people. In buying and selling homes, there is always work to be done - whether it minor or major. Jennifer was able to recommend trusted contractors to get the work done at a high quality level and quickly. From day one, we felt we were part of the Vories family. Jennifer, Aaron, Sandy and the whole team truly make you feel like you are the only customer and the highest priority. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Vories Team on the purchase of our first home! Having to move during a National Pandemic is nothing short of stressful and having to do it cross country from Texas to Kentucky makes the process that much more difficult. The Vories Team took care of everything and made the process extremely easy and stress free. We were so very fortunate to have Aaron and Jennifer help us find the right home, in the right community, for the right price.We began looking for homes in the Northern Kentucky area in January of 2020. My wife and I had read many reviews online about the Vories Team and they came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! Aaron reached out to us to see what features we were looking for in a home and what our ideal neighborhood would look like. He was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. He then set up a plan and timeline based on our moving date and began sending us listings. As the pandemic unfolded and states across the nation began to shut down due to safety concerns, Aaron reached out to us and asked if we needed to adjust our plans or if we wanted to delay the home buying altogether until things were more settled. My wife and I needed to be in Kentucky by the end of June 2020, so delaying was not an option for us. With Kentucky’s stay-at-home order, Aaron told us not to worry and that he could setup a virtual walk-thru of any home we were interested in seeing since the real estate industry was considered an essential business. Aaron also offered to do Skype and FaceTime tours if we wanted. Due to the travel restrictions, we agreed to do virtual tours and it was such a relief for us not having to depend on the online photos only. Aaron’s virtual tours and walk-thru videos were beyond professional and they gave us the feeling that we were there seeing the homes in person along with him. He pointed out many things during the video tours that you just cannot see from the online listing photos. Aaron did video tours of over 20 homes for us and we cannot thank him enough for his patience and attention to detail. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found our forever home, Jennifer walked us through every step of the negotiation process and got us a fantastic deal! Danae was our closing agent and she was amazing! With us living in Texas, Danae located a notary agent in our local area who brought the contract to us for signature and she was able to get the documents back to the lender in time for our scheduled closing date. The Vories Team quickly adapted to the changing environment and they tailored their business to fit our needs.When you do business with the Vories Team they treat you like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new home. We now consider Aaron, Jennifer and all of the Vories Team a part of our extended family.
