Amazing experience with The Rising Tide Team and Sherri Ingle. She and her team went above and beyond for me during the purchase and home inspection. She put up with my happy horse crap!!!! Everytime I called she was JOHNNY on the spot. And believe you me, I was blowing up her phone.

I have bought and sold two homes and a lot with Daphne Rivenbark and I cannot say enough about how amazing she is! She makes the whole process stress free and seamless, handling everything behind the scenes. She always goes above and beyond in every step of the process. She is so organized and knowledgeable and saved us so much time and money. I highly recommend working with her, you will not be disappointed.

Sherri entered my life during a very stressful time when my sister and I had to sell my Mom's townhouse due to her illness. Sherri was always available if we had any questions, and she handled the transaction seamlessly and followed through immediately on any issue that came up during the listing and the sale of the property. She truly was a blessing to our family because we knew that she was at the helm guiding us every step of the way through this real estate transaction. I highly recommend her services and expertise. We had multiple offers within just a few days after the property was listed and are so grateful to Sherri for her tireless efforts.

Sherri and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with throughout the process. My wife and I both have difficult schedules, and Sherri made herself available to show us multiple homes throughout the process... nights, weekends,etc. She was very consultative in her approach, and was always a great sounding board - not once did we ever feel pressured. Ultimately when we made the decision to go under contract, she helped us select our 3rd party providers and acted as a wonderful go-between every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Sherri and her team to anyone considering buying a home in Wilmington!
