We are very happy we chose Shane Register to sell our home. We interviewed several Realtors before making our decision, and Shane was the right choice.One thing that really outstanding was his communication. Every time I called, Shane answered the phone himself. I never had to wait around for a callback or wonder what was happening. That meant a lot during a stressful process.Selling a home comes with a lot of negotiations, and Shane was great at walking us through everything. He explained our options, answered our questions, and gave us the information we needed to make our own decisions without ever trying to influence our decision. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interests.He also went above and beyond. He helped coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, and solve problems. At one point, our handyman had a medical emergency and couldn't finish the work we needed before closing. Shane found someone else to finish the job so everything stayed on track. That kind of service is hard to find.One of the reasons we chose Shane was his knowledge of our local community, and that definitely proved to be an advantage throughout the sale. I settled o the price we were hoping for, and I truly believe his experience, local knowledge, and hard work helped us get there.If you're looking for a Realtor who communicates well, knows the local market, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Shane.

Shane was excellent to work with. Being a first time seller, Shane kept me well informed. When I would freak out a little about something, Shane would fully explain why something was happening the way it was. When things came up on the inspection, his experience had the solution to it. Shane and his team were great! Being out of town while selling our house presented a challenge for us. But Shane handled everything, from professional photos to making sure the house was always perfect for showings and providing prompt feedback to us. Shane helped me sell my Wilmington, NC condominium in April 2026. He was outstanding during the entire process. He thoroughly explained the process up front, he had someone come in and take pictures and measure my place, I got an offer much quicker than I anticipated and we closed quickly. He was always available to answer questions. And one thing that I appreciated is that Shane would tell me about my options at different steps and provide his recommendation. I highly recommend Shane for anyone selling or buying property in Wilmington.

Shane and Christy Register and their team are second to none. They were with us every step of the way in selling my Mother's house, while we focused on getting her relocated. Their approach to customers in a warm, fair, and honest approach, along with their knowledge of the market conditions are amazing. They walked the property prior to listing to let us know what the market was asking for, to teams to help with packing, staging, moving to ultimately cleaning and painting, all flawless.
