Worked with Jessica when we moved to CO from TN. Referred by our Compass Agent here in TN and was highly recommended. She and her team (Jayd Wells) showed us close to 25 houses (maybe more) and were extremely patient despite us having a toddler that made us slower. We were also able to add on more houses after we left with Jessica face timing us, which was great. Jessica was also able to work with our situation being somewhat fluid and filled with uncertainties (we were selling a home in TN at the same time). We appreciated Jessica's honest and straight forward communication style.Especially after the inspection, she told us exactly what we needed to do. We ended up buying a house that met most of our criteria and we were extremely happy. There was no confusion and no misunderstandings and the whole process was quite smooth overall. Will definitely recommend to others 10/10 !

Jessica and her team were awesome to work with as always. She listens to what you need, presents your options and sets clear and realistic expectations. Jessica's knowledge of the real estate business and her expertise and network is in my opinion unparalleled. Once I was ready to move forward the process was executed quickly and very professionally. Jessica and Jayd consistently communicated next steps, responded quickly to all of my questions and made the sale as easy as possible for me. While everyone's experience will vary my house sold the first week it was on the market and this is a direct reflection of the work Jessica and her team did in preparation for the sale. My fiance and I worked with Jessica as first time home buyers. She was recommended to us by family friends, who indicated that she goes way above and beyond and will get us into a house we love. They were definitely right! We worked closely with Jessica and Braden. As first time home buyers, the whole process was pretty daunting and stressful - but they alleviated a ton of that stress. Jessica is a great communicator, very no-nonsense and "straight shooter". She helps keep expectations grounded, which is so important in this housing market. That said, when you find a good potential opportunity she is ALL over it. She is very well connected in the market and can help provide a ton of insider information on properties and is so knowledgeable and experienced, she helps put together winning offers. Braden was also wonderful to work with. We were with Braden on a lot of the day to day house showings. He put together good and efficiently planned schedules, filling our weekend with lots of potential showings. He was on time (and patient when we were not on time) and a excellent communicator as well. He was also very laid back, relaxed, and fun to work with (again, another thing that helped the stress of being a first time home buyer in this market!). We also had a 60-day post occupancy and the sellers ended up leaving the house in disarray/left behind a lot of junk and furniture. Jessica took care of us and paid for us to have a junk removal/cleanup company clean up the yard. Again, above and beyond! Plus she has a network of amazing painters, furnace/AC contractors, etc. etc. Everyone she recommended that we went with took really good care of us. We really can't say enough good things on how great they were to work with from beginning to end. Jessica is the real deal, she's #1 at Compass and is working with multi-million dollar budget's/home sales.....but she makes us first time home buyers (with a much much smaller budget!) feel heard and important. Go with Jessica's team...100% you will not regret it!

There is no question in our minds - Jessica and her team were the reason we were able to buy our dream house in Colorado.The Real Estate market is crazy right now. People have to buy houses sight unseen. Prices for houses escalate fast. To move up the priority list potential buyers wave normal contract requirements and much more.Every minute counts with Jessica. During our initial conversation her questions were targeted and succinct. The next time we talked she clearly demonstrated that she understands our wants, our financial where-with-all and more. Every time we talked with Jessica our house hunt was moving forward. We never had to retrace any steps and the next action items were always laid out. Many of the action items were completed within minutes of our conversation. When we selected the house we wanted, Jessica clearly had a strategy for winning the bidding process. She laid out the steps with different options defined. When we won the house it was as if she had intuition as to what exactly would happen. Her promptness and attention to detail from the moment we became the selected buyer to the actual closing was always there. We needed a detailed inspection of the house - boom it was done. The seller’s insurance agent needs to check the roof - boom it was done. We had another agent prior to Jessica. With that person we pursued three other houses and never got close to being selected. With Jessica we won the first time up to bat. Jessica we cannot thank you enough.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jessica and her team. In a very tight market, we always felt like we were made aware of properties coming on the market. Jessica had creative ways to enhance our offer. She would often have ideas of how we could differentiate our offer to the seller to have a better chance to stand out. Jessica was recommended by a friend of mine from out of state. What an amazing referral. Living out of state and buying a home in Denver we had assumed would be painful. Jessica and her team couldn't have been more professional or efficient. Given our parameters for price, location, and condition, she found us a place immediately. She communicated well with the sellers and demanded that a few minor issues were corrected immediately, which they were. She also did a great job with setting us up with a lender that we could communicate well with.
