She was/is fantastic and found us the exact home we had been looking for.In less than 5 weeks Kim handled everything for us and we closed on the purchase and sale in what I consider record time. The sale of our home took only days, less than 2. AMAZING. She is a total professional and her communication is timely and always spot in. Nikki who works with Kim was a tremendous help in many ways with all of the things you have to do when you are buying and selling a home in a short period of time.
