We have worked with Joe Kelley both on buying/selling our previous home and purchasing of our now home. With our first home being our first owned property Joe broke down every single step of the way so we could understand the process better. He worked with us to go through every single detail of what we were signing and what our next step was if something got in the way. He was always available by phone or email if we needed him and he communicated greatly with the selling agent asking questions for us and advocating for us. When it came time for us to sit down at the table on closing day everything went very smoothly thanks to Joe. So when it came to us moving during the pandemic we didn't hesitate reaching out to Joe for both selling our house and purchasing the new house. With this house purchase being quite different from the previous Joe once again took the time and broke things down for us to really understand what the wording was in paperwork and what we were looking at. Again, great communication and advocating for us!! If it comes time again to purchase a new home we won't be looking anywhere else! Joe is very knowledgable about the real estate business and really cares for his clients. Even after the process was done he checked in with us afterwards to make sure it went even smoother!

Writing this review to highly recommend using Kelley and Katzer for any realty needs. The team is honest and super knowledgeable. Obviously, real-estate is a business, but the Kelly and Katzer approach is to take care of their customers' needs as priority #1 and then let business follow suite. The team is really good at explaining local school systems, market trends, neighborhood quality and return on investment. They can also provide you with points of contact for more specific questions relating to needs in the trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, inspections, etcetera. I am thankful that Joe has been my realtor, my mom's realtor, and my brother and law's realtor. For anyone seeking organized real-estate professionals, I encourage that you reach out to Kelly and Katzer; you will not be disappointed.

Joe Kelley and his team are experts when it comes to selling homes. They helped me navigate my first time home sale and didn’t leave a single detail untouched. This even included writing a rebuttal with supporting documentation when the appraisal came under where it should have been, the rebuttal resulted in an adjustment to an amount that it should have appraised at in the first place. When the sellers realtor was unresponsive Joe even worked directly with the buyers lender to ensure this deal would go through.I highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone buying or selling.
