Matt did an outstanding job helping us find our perfect home. He also helped us sell our home in order to buy our perfect house. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth start to finish. The lines of communication were always open and every question we had was answered almost immediately. We will definitely use Matt Jackson in the future!

Matt is any and every potential seller or buyer's dream agent. Having experience doing business with him in both scenarios there is no one I would rather go with. He is eager to get the job done with you and for you and puts in his best effort into the whole process. You could have strange request or have a surmounting obstacles withing the process and Matt will go out of his way to provide a solution or a recommendation to you. An Overall A+ plus experience working with Matthew. He makes it happen and is helps you maintain the course while keeping you level as well as on the level with his no smoke and mirrors and no bs attitude. He is a straight shooter and for what he does not know or have experience he is very quick to learn or get the information you need to reach your desired outcome. I recommend Matt to everyone, his wife Annmarie and real estate team, whom Annmarie is a huge part of, to all who may be in need of any and all real estate services!

Matt was AWESOME in every way during my buying process.After our first meeting he understood my requirements and it was apparent we were on the same page and remained so throughout my search process.Time from our initial showing through accepted offer lasted 4 months. Matt was there every step of the way from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week.When I found a property I was interested in, within 24 hours and usually within a couple of hours the showing was scheduled. This included several same day showings.When it came to offers, Matt was spot on with our submissions and would only allow me to offer what he thought was appropriate as he is very concerned about appraisal and resale for the benefit of his client.In the future I will recommend Matt to anyone and will not hesitate to use Matt again!!

It was our pleasure to work with Matt! He was easy going, kind, responsive in his communication and helped us find our actual dream home! We were initially sad to find out our previous realtor wasnt available anymore, but could not have been more thrilled with her referral to Matt for us! We liked Matt from the moment we met him. He provided professional knowledge of the real estate market in our area and helped us set a realistic and achievable price for our home. I was referred to Matthew Jackson by my previous ReMax realtor as her region of Massachusetts did not extend into Western Massachusetts. He did a great job in helping us find our new home. He was able to provide valuable information about the homes in the various towns in Western Mass. in which we were interested in living. He has good relationships and knowledge of the the seller's realtors as well as the area as he had lived in Western MA all of his life. He steered us through the offer process and the booming housing market. His recommendation for a house inspector was spot on and we have been able to move forward with the purchase of our new house fully informed and knowledgeable about our purchased property. We felt very welcomed and supported in the purchase process.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Matt Jackson and his wife, Annemarie. Let me tell they EXCEEDED our expectations. From day 1, Matt listened to our wants and needs, was extremely responsive and flexible with our schedule. The Jackson's facilitated the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, flawlessly!! Between Matt's knowledge of the market and Annemarie's communication skills (she can answer any questions you have at a moments notice), they make an incredible team. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who our Realtor will be!
