Bill was exactly the realtor we were looking for and needed. He is quick to respond, even now, which was amazing as we are night shifters and, trust me when I say this, we had just about a million questions. Being first time home buyers, we were indecisive, unsure of what to truly look for, and absolutely lost when it came to the home buying process yet Bill took the time to lead us through everything with a great deal of knowledge and patience, never once trying to rush us. He took us to any house we wanted to check out without complaint and was genuinely excited for us throughout the entire process of looking. Even after purchasing our home he checks in with us and is still always willing to answer any questions we may run across. We Absolutely recommend Bill to anyone whether you are buying for the first time or the 5th time! Don't waste time looking elsewhere ;)
