Jim was referred via a coworker when I was unhappy with my previous agent. He listened to my requirements as well as my "wish list" and helped me from start to finish, making the process as easy as possible. His knowledge of the areas I was looking in helped me to make my decision on where to purchase my new home. I will be contacting Jim again when it comes time to sell my parents house in the future.

Jim helped us to find a builder that was able to build a home the way we wanted it. After showing us multiple used homes and talking to a couple different builders we were introduced to the builder we are building our house with today.
